We provide care to people of all ages and have the competent carers to provide care for individuals with complex needs such as dementia and learning disabilities. Our staffs are friendly, honest and reliable, creating a trusting environment between themselves and residents, work colleagues and managers. VICMAV strives to always provide well trained carers with excellent experiences in the sector, as well as ensuring that our staffs undergo an Enhanced DBS check. We desire to achieve client’s satisfaction, wellbeing of our staff, and maintain high standard of care.

We also offer hospitality support services and domestic staffing to departmental shops, security personnel onto various sporting grounds, and placement of home domestic workforce (kitchen assistants and cleaners).
